He Rose from the Dead

We had a super special day at the Fisher house.

Both kids understand why we celebrate Easter. Madalyn has known for a long time but we weren't sure Weston had totally caught on just yet. We asked him why we celebrate Easter he proudly said, "Because Jesus Rose from the Dead." David and I are so proud of both of our children, they respect such special holidays and enjoy them as well.

Eggs full of goodies from the Easter Bunny. We thought we would ditch tradition this year and have a little fun.

Madalyn hunting her eggs. She is so big now. I don't really see it until I look at pictures.

Weston found himself a good one.

We followed up our egg hunt with Easter Sunday Service, lunch at the Fisher's house, and then a day at home hanging out together.

Thank You JESUS, and I mean that....

Madalyn's First Softball Game

Madalyn has started softball this year after 2 years of tee-ball. Her team is the Attitudz and she really likes it. She has only had one game so far...she took a ball to the knee, scored and chased down a ball in left field. We are so proud of her.

Weston is FOUR

I still can't believe it. My baby boy is FOUR!

It seems like yesterday that we were at the hospital about to give birth and now he is a BIG BOY.

This year we had a 'cowboy' theme birthday party at the little barn. The afternoon was full of eating yummy hot dogs, pin the badge on the sheriff, feeding miniature donkeys, and a fun filled pinata. Although the temperature outside climbed quickly the barn stayed pretty cool (thank goodness).

The cake said 'Sheriff Weston' and the cupcakes said 'Deputy', it was too cute!
